Remember to check for:

- Batting helmets: no cracks and foam inserts/padding are not peeling or missing; check for proper fit too (not too tight/loose)
- Bats: no cracks or dents; check for proper sizing too
- Glove: kids grow fast - check for appropriate sizing
- Cleats: again, kids grow fast - check for appropriate sizing and that the spikes have not worn down too much

As a reminder, the league is providing 1 GAME JERSEY*, 1 PRACTICE SHIRT, and 1 HAT* for each player. Due to varying fits of baseball pants and feedback that socks and belts can be chosen in an accent color of manager choice and readily purchased as needed, these items are not provided by the league. Each player is responsible for providing their own:

- Baseball pants, socks and belt (please wait for manager to tell you what color)
- Bat (must be "USA" certified - look for the following USA Baseball logo on the bat)

- Batting helmet
- Glove
- Athletic supporter/cup
- Cleats (soccer cleats are okay; metal spikes/cleats are ONLY permitted for Intermediate and above divisions)
